Open source

The agent framework is public

The agents work from agentic-qa, an open-source project. Read the code, see how a test fix is checked, and run it yourself. Your tests stay plain code in your repository either way.

Not included

  • Fixing product bugs. We find and report them with evidence. Your developers fix them.
  • Building product features. The work is testing. Test code goes into your repository; product code stays with your team.
  • Specialist testing. Load testing, security penetration testing and formal accessibility audits are not part of the standard service. Ask, and you will get a straight answer on whether we can help.

Anything else is scoped in the short written agreement before work starts.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What is included?

Everything in the table at the top of this page: test planning, writing and maintaining tests, a human review of every failure, unlimited runs in your CI, a channel in your own chat tool, weekly digests, Go/No-Go reports and release gating. It covers web, API and mobile.

How does billing work?

US$2,000 per month for up to 500 user flows, month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Scope and notice terms go into a short written agreement before work starts.

What happens above 500 user flows?

Each extra flow costs US$4 per month, the same rate as the base price, so 750 flows cost US$3,000. Above 2,500 flows we send a custom quote.

What do you never charge for?

Test runs, AI credits and hours. The tests run in your own CI, so their compute is part of the CI you already have.

Who owns the tests and the secrets?

You do. Tests live in your repository and run in your CI. Secrets stay in your vault or your CI secrets, never in test code. We ask only for the access the work needs, and sign an NDA on request.

Do you test mobile apps?

Yes. Mobile tests use Appium, Maestro or Mobilewright, and we choose the one that fits your app best. They live in your repository next to the web and API tests.

When do you send a custom quote?

Above 2,500 user flows, and for multiple products, complex stacks or compliance needs. Email us with a short description of your setup.

What counts as a user flow?

A user flow is one end-to-end journey through your product, such as sign-up or checkout. We list your flows together when we write the test plan, and the number goes into the written agreement.
