  • How often you release, and how you decide a release is ready
  • Roughly how many user flows matter, if you know
  • What worries you most before a release

What happens next

  2. If it is a fit, a short call or an email thread to understand the product.
  3. A short written agreement with scope and notice terms before any work starts.
