Who you work with
You work directly with the QA engineer who reviews your tests and makes the release call. There is no account manager in between.
The agents that do the repetitive work are built with the Claude Agent SDK and run on Claude. The same approach is public in agentic-qa, so you can judge it before you write.
Why this exists
Small teams ship fast, and testing falls behind. Agents can now write and maintain much of the test code, but someone still has to judge what a failure means and whether a release is safe. That is the job here: agents for the volume, a person for the judgement.
Where and when
